Talent Acquisition Advisor – Operations

This isn't a tick-box recruitment role. It's an opportunity to own a real remit, build genuine partnerships with hiring managers, and make a tangible impact on one of the UK's fastest-growing tech businesses.

What you'll be doing:

🔍 Running end-to-end recruitment for Operations roles — from briefing through to offer

🎯 Proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and talent networks

🤝 Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, bringing market insight and honest challenge

📊 Using data to track performance and continuously improve how we hire

🌱 Contributing to our employer brand and early careers activity

You'll thrive here if you:

✅ Have 4+ years' recruitment experience, in-house and/or agency

✅ Are a confident direct sourcer who doesn't wait for candidates to come to you

✅ Build trust quickly and manage stakeholders with credibility

✅ Are organised, data-driven and love a fast-paced environment

✅ Have hired for operational or technical roles before

(bonus if it's been in tech or a PE-backed business)
