Talend Developer

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Location: Noida

Role Summary

Looking for a Talend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Talend-based migration projects. The role involves migrating Talend Enterprise (DI jobs, ESB routes, and Data Services flows) to Talend Open Studio and modern integration solutions using Python, Apache Camel, and Java.

The candidate should have solid expertise in Talend flows, components, and data integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and understand:

• Talend DI jobs
• Talend ESB routes and Data Services flows

Execute migration:

• Talend DI Enterprise → Talend DI (TOS)
• Support ESB/Data Services → DI-based redesign

Develop and maintain:

• Talend jobs, mappings, and transformations
• Integration logic using Python, Apache Camel, and Java

Work extensively on:

• Data mapping (tMap)
• Flow design and routing logic

Ensure proper:

• Error handling
• Logging
• Job execution standards

Perform unit testing and support integration testing

Debug and resolve issues in Talend jobs and integration flows

 

Candidate Profile:

Strong hands-on experience in:

• Talend Data Integration (DI)
• Talend Open Studio (TOS)/ Talend Enterprise Studio  

Good knowledge of:

• Talend flows, components, and job design
• tMap, context variables, error handling, and logging

Experience with:

• Talend ESB (basic to intermediate level)
• Data Services and integration patterns

Programming skills:

• Java (for debugging and routines)
• Python (for migration/processing logic)

Strong experience in:

• Data mapping and transformation
• File and database integrations
