Talend Developer

Cross Border Talents is searching for a Talend Developer for our client in Portugal-Lisbon. Our client is part of the world top groups leading insurance and asset management. They are present worldwide and looking for someone who would like to work full time role, from the Lisbon office. Responsibilities/Tasks: Designing, developing, and documenting Talend ETL processes, technical architecture, data pipelines, and performance scaling using tools to integrate Talend data Repoint data objects in workflow scripts map to MS SQL Server (repost SQL) Create data mappings that involved implementation of Business Logic to load data from source to target repository Communicate with business customers to discuss the issues and requirements. Technical expertise regarding data models, data flow diagrams and database design development Drive test planning, test designing and execution, performance, and stress testing, implementing, and maintaining quality test automation of both client and server systems. Ensure data quality, data integration, application integration, data management and big data. Write and administer ETL jobs to extract data from multiple datasources and load into datamarts Responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance or solutions for work completion

Requirements: 3+ Years of experience in Talend Strong experience in Buiding data pipelines to store, prepare and process data Strong experience in building data quality processes Very good data modeling skills Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling Good Experience in Data acquisition and retention strategies
