• Adjust and alter uniforms according to individual measurements, including taking in or letting out garments
• Adjust length of dresses, skirts, trousers, sleeves, and jackets
• Modify waistlines, shoulders, cuffs, and hems
• Perform tailoring repairs, including seams, zippers, buttons, hooks, and fastenings
• Repair minor fabric damage caused by wear and tear
• Ensure alterations meet company quality and appearance standards
• Work with various uniform types, including dresses, trousers, shirts, blazers, and vests
• Follow approved design guidelines and avoid unauthorised modifications
• Maintain a clean and organised tailoring workspace
• Handle, label, and track uniforms during the alteration process
• Communicate with the Uniforms team regarding timelines and garment issues
• Support sustainability by extending garment usability

• Proven experience as a tailor or seamstress
• Proven education in alteration
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and alteration techniques
• Ability to work with different fabrics and designs
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in high-volume alteration environments
• ability to work office hours 9:00 -18:00
• ability to use sewing machines and tailoring tools
• ability to work on site
• must speak English or Russian
