Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.
What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Secret clearance.

What will I be doing? Using your technical expertise, you will be providing support for various functions of AFGSC's ICBM, helicopter, and security operations programs. In addition, you will:
Provide training and monitor exercises
Provide expertise to ensure plans incorporate continuous improvement through annual updates and ongoing review as needed to incorporate emergent requirements, opportunities, resource re-prioritization approaches, and incorporation of MAJCOM, Service, and other organization/agency initiatives as appropriate to include Military Personnel Data System/Oracle Training Applications (MILPDS/OTA) student updates for each class and oversight of course development
Develop, maintain, and facilitate exercising Nuclear Security Tactics, Training, and Capabilities
Provide other technical, administrative and programmatic support as directed
Other duties as assigned
What experience, training, and education do I need?
You must meet the minimum requirements:
Active Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
5 years experience developing effective training plans by determining appropriate and realistic nuclear training objectives and goals, education and training course announcement (ETCA) updates
5 years of USAF Nuclear Security Program experience
5 years experience providing expertise to ensure plans incorporate continuous improvement through annual updates and ongoing review as needed to incorporate emergent requirements, opportunities, resources re-prioritization approaches, and incorporation of MAJCOM, Service, and other organization/agency initiatives as appropriate to include Military Personnel Data System/Oracle Training Applications (MILPDS/OTA) student updates for each class and oversight of course development
5 years experience providing expertise to ensure plans include the development and articulation of specific desired results and personnel capabilities, with corresponding scheduling, tracking, and monitoring of nuclear security staff development activities, which dovetail with and complement existing Air Force Professional Military Education and Air Force career development models
5 years experience with developing and maintaining comprehensive curriculum to meet specific training requirements for nuclear security operations to include course manager duties related to training operations
Able to travel, as required
