The Program Office team within the Intel Client Validation Eng organization provides program resource portfolio management and controls, covering Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Budget Management, Procurement support and more. The team is looking to hire a Tactical Planner Student.

The Tactical Planner Student role is focused on driving cost saving, efficiency, process improvements and analysis, as well as budget control and managing of procurement process, working with external and internal vendors

In this role the Tactical Planner Students will interact with stakeholders and management in multiple countries. 

Job Scope: Analysis, support system development, budget management, commits tracking and month close activities. Creation of purchasing requests, tracking approval and arrival of purchases / services work with internal and external vendors to ensure orders are accurately fulfilled and solve issues as they arise. Purchase Orders closure and Invoicing management.

Qualifications:

• Student of Economics / Finance / Industrial Engineering / Logistics / Business Administration 
• Minimum of 1.5 years till graduation (BA/MBA) - Must.
• Available to work around 4 Days a week (at least 3 days in the Haifa MATAM office)
• Good English Communication skills, both Verbal and Written.
• Skilled with AI tools and uses them in his day to day work environment, and strong orientation to systems/applications
• Experience with Supply Chain / Logistics and Purchasing - Advantage.
• Microsoft Office Knowledge (especially Excel)
• Good Interpersonal and Stakeholders Management Skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good Teamwork and Customer Orientation.
• Performs well with a sense of urgency, and excellent attention to details.
• Challenges the Status Quo and Proactive in driving changes.
