Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Tableau Expert to join our analytics team at Optimiza. This role involves creating insightful dashboards and reports, leveraging Tableau's powerful data visualization capabilities to support decision-making processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate data insights and trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable Tableau solutions.
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that can provide valuable business insights.
• Optimize existing Tableau reports for performance and user experience, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Provide training and support to team members on using Tableau tools and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Tableau features, tools, and upgrades to continually enhance reporting capabilities.
• Integrate and connect Tableau with various data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and cloud services.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience working with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in connecting Tableau with various data sources, such as SQL databases, Excel, and cloud-based data services.
• Understanding of best practices in data visualization, including design principles and user interface experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data accuracy.
