Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports multi-site recruiting and hiring, ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience from application through onboarding. This role partners with HR and plant leadership to deliver timely, high-volume hiring for hourly and skilled-trades positions in a fast-paced environment.
*This is a 3-6 month contract position. This position is remote with the ability to be onsite as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Process Coordination & Support
• Schedule interviews and align hiring teams across locations.
• Maintain consistent processes, documentation, and candidate communications to support timely hiring.
• Partner with staffing agencies, trade schools, workforce partners, and referral programs to reach a broader talent pool.
• Build working knowledge of manufacturing roles to support screening and candidate alignment.
• Coordinate onsite/off-shift interviews, tours, and interview logistics.
• Support offer coordination and pre-employment processes.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & Reporting
• Maintain accurate requisition and candidate records in the ATS.
• Post openings to job boards, the company site, and workforce platforms.
• Track recruiting activity (applicant flow, interview progress, time-to-fill) and provide basic reports.
Onboarding & Compliance Coordination
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires across facilities.
• Ensure completion of pre-employment checks and required employment documentation.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to deliver a consistent first-day and onboarding experience.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s/bachelor’s in HR or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative experience.
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills; able to manage multiple requisitions across locations/shifts.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including automation, AI-enabled features, and workflow tools to improve recruiting efficiency.
Preferred Experience
• Experience supporting high volume recruiting within the manufacturing industry.
• ADP Workforce Now experience.
• Familiarity with skilled trades roles and workforce partners/agencies.

• Occasional travel between sites and flexibility for off-shift interviews/hiring events as needed.

• Interviews scheduled/completed on time
• Positive candidate and hiring manager feedback, experience score >4.5/5
• Reduced time-to-fill for hourly and skilled roles
• Accurate ATS data and reporting
• Smooth onboarding and early retention of new hires
Compensation: $27 - $32/hr.
