About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our global team, specializing in the critical bridge between headless CMS platforms and modern frontend applications. In this role, you will work across diverse client projects in enterprise environments, building the integrations and customizations that connect content management systems to sophisticated React and Next.js applications.

You will work with headless CMS platforms (Strapi preferred, but experience with Contentful, Sanity, or similar platforms is valued), developing custom plugins and modules on the CMS side while simultaneously implementing the frontend components and integrations that consume that content. Your expertise in Next.js will be essential as you build server-side rendered applications, implement design systems using Tailwind CSS and Shadcn components, and integrate external services including analytics platforms, logging systems, and various enterprise APIs.

This role requires strong capabilities across the full stack with particular strength in connecting backend content systems to frontend experiences. You will design and implement GraphQL and RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services and design systems, implement comprehensive logging and analytics strategies, and ensure smooth data flow from CMS to user interface. You will work with PostgreSQL databases, implement caching with Redis, and deploy containerized applications while collaborating with architects, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom CMS plugins and modules to extend headless CMS functionality.

• Build Next.js applications with server-side rendering and static site generation.

• Design and implement GraphQL schemas, resolvers, and API endpoints.

• Integrate frontend applications with headless CMS content APIs.

• Implement design systems using Tailwind CSS and component libraries like Shadcn.

• Configure OpenSearch indexes and search schemas aligned with CMS content models

• Develop webhooks to trigger real-time search index updates on content publicationIntegrate analytics platforms and tracking implementations across applications

• Establish logging strategies and implement structured logging across frontend and backend.

• Build integrations with external services and third-party APIs.

• Develop workflow automation systems for content approval and publishing processes.

• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms across CMS and frontend.

• Create integration connectors between CMS and external systems (search engines, translation platforms, DAM)

• Optimize database queries and implement caching strategies with Redis

• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for both frontend and backend code

• Deploy and maintain applications in containerized Kubernetes environments

• Collaborate with team members across frontend, backend, and architecture disciplines

What we are looking for

Must-Have:

• 2-3 years of full-stack development experience with proven production deployments bridging CMS and frontend.

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend development.

• Strong expertise in Next.js with production experience including server-side rendering, static site generation, and API routes.

• Hands-on production experience with headless CMS platforms (Strapi preferred; Contentful or Sanity experience also valued).

• Solid experience building and deploying GraphQL APIs in production including schema design and resolver implementation.

• Strong React development skills with production experience using modern React patterns (hooks, context, composition).

• Production experience with Tailwind CSS for styling and component libraries like Shadcn or similar design systems.

• Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services in production environments.

• Strong PostgreSQL skills including complex queries, indexing, and performance optimization in production.

• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and test-driven development practices.

• Experience integrating analytics platforms and implementing tracking strategies.

• Understanding of authentication and authorization patterns (JWT, OAuth, session management).

• Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Apollo GraphQL Server or Apollo Federation (high priority).

• Experience developing custom CMS plugins or extending headless CMS platforms.

• Knowledge of structured logging strategies and log aggregation tools

• Experience with Redis for caching, session management, and pub/sub patterns

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized application deployment

• Experience integrating with search engines (OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Algolia)

• Knowledge of content migration strategies and data transformation pipelines

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Understanding of webhook implementations and event-driven architectures

• Experience with translation platform integrations or multi-language content management.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP)
