About the team

This role is a part of our Technology Support Team. Involves in implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with the business.

What you will be doing

• Perform support activities required to maintain a high level of availability and stability for one or more applications including incident/problem analysis and resolution.
• Perform client reporting incident ticket investigation and provide a resolution within an SLA.
• Perform change deployment and certification, application performance, application operations management, and development support.

What you bring:

• 4 to 8 Years of experience in the full life cycle of SAP Business Object (BO) application & willing to work on production support.
• Must have experience on SAP BO Administration and added advantage with reporting knowledge on BO 4.3 webi reports.
• Experience with BO 4.3 (XI and higher) to manage Incident Triage and upgrade the environment to a higher version.
• Experience with SAP BO Admin and WEBI reports. Troubleshooting client reporting tickets with WEBI / Crystal Reports.
• Experience in MS SQL and OLTP, OLAP, MOLAP
• This position is required to work for a ROTATIONAL shift for US Clients.

 

Bonus if you have:

• Knowledge in IBM Infosphere DataStage/Informatica.
• Knowledge of writing complex SQL/PL SQL/ Oracle to provide large composite enterprise reports.
• Knowledge of Universe development and Performing ad-ADHOC querying for clients
• Organization
• Windows knowledge, Batch scripting, Scheduling, and Server / Network troubleshooting.
