About the Role

We are looking for a T24 Developer who lives and breathes core banking systems and enjoys turning complex banking requirements into reliable, high-performance solutions. In this role, you will work at the heart of banking operations, customizing, enhancing, and integrating Temenos T24 to support critical business functions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and customize Temenos T24 modules to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze banking requirements and translate them into efficient T24 solutions.
• Develop and maintain T24 routines, versions, enquiries, and reports.
• Support core banking integrations with surrounding systems (channels, payments, AML, reporting).
• Participate in core banking upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and testing teams.
• Ensure compliance with banking standards, security policies, and best practices.

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience working with Temenos T24.
• Strong hands-on experience in T24 development and customization.
• Solid understanding of core banking processes and workflows.
• Experience with T24 integration frameworks and interfaces.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and production support environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with banking digital channels or payment systems
• Exposure to T24 upgrades or major core banking transformations
• Experience working in Gulf / GCC banking environments

Technical Skills

• Temenos T24 (AA, Core modules, Enquiries, Versions, Routines)
• Java / JBase / TAFJ (as applicable)
• Interfaces & Web Services
• SQL / Data Analysis
• Unix / Linux environments
