As a Change Management Consultant within Talent & Organization, you will work with leading organizations across industries, supporting complex transformation programs and helping people successfully navigate change.

You will:

Support the design and execution of end‑to‑end Change Management strategies aligned with business and transformation objectives.

Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses, translating insights into targeted, practical change interventions.

Design and deliver human‑centered change journeys, including communication, engagement and learning enablement plans.

Develop compelling change and communication strategies that make complex transformations simple, relevant and meaningful for different audiences.

Enable leaders and sponsors to effectively role‑model and lead change throughout the transformation.

Measure change readiness, adoption and effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data, adapting approaches as needed.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Strategy, Technology, HR and Industry to embed change into overall transformation programs.

Contribute to proposal development, assets, methodologies and the continuous growth of the Change Management community.

Here’s what you need:

2–4+ years of experience in consulting or industry roles, with a strong focus on Change Management and transformation.

Experience supporting technology, organizational and/or cultural change initiatives.

Solid consulting foundations, including problem‑solving, analytical thinking and stakeholder management.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree.

High level of English (written and spoken).

Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments.

You have experience in one or more of the following areas:

Change Impact Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Analytics, Agile Change, Culture Transformation or Learning Enablement.

Digital or technology‑enabled transformation programs.

Change Management or related certifications (e.g. Prosci, CCMP, Agile, Design Thinking).

Using data, insights and storytelling to measure, track and communicate change impact.
