Buscamos Aprendices Técnicos o Tecnólogos en Ventas, Call Center, o Mercadeo para que inicien su contrato de aprendizaje con nosotros y se proyecten al rol de asesor comercial.

🧩 Funciones principales

Perfilamiento Telefónico (Inbound)

Realizar llamadas siguiendo scripts predefinidos para ventas o servicio.

Brindar información clara y precisa a leads.

Diagnosticar necesidades del cliente con preguntas estratégicas.

Conocimiento del Producto

Dominar el portafolio de Open English Adulto.

Manejar objeciones comunes promoviendo beneficios de la plataforma.

Proyección como Asesor

Ser evaluado constantemente por desempeño, calidad y actitud.

Participar en capacitaciones y simulaciones de ventas.

Oportunidad de avanzar al rol de asesor según desempeño.
