Job Description

Qué lograrás

• Colaborar con compañeros a nivel local y global para garantizar que los proyectos se completen a tiempo en los plazos establecidos.

• Configuración y validación de sistemas informáticos como LIMS, Empower, MODA, etc y soluciones de análisis y visualización de datos en Tableau Server/PowerBI/Statistica, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo en Ingeniería, Fabricación, Equipos de Laboratorio y Tecnologías de la Información.

• Ofrecer soporte y experiencia en resolución de incidencias para las actividades de las unidades de negocio y los usuarios finales.

• Actualizar los procedimientos y otros documentos departamentales y los materiales de formación de acuerdo con los procedimientos y procesos globales, apoyando la formación de nuevos miembros del equipo.

• Trabajar en un entorno estructurado siguiendo procedimientos establecidos, solicitando orientación a los compañeros, con revisiones periódicas del trabajo en cuanto a criterio técnico, integridad y exactitud.

Lo que necesitas (requisitos mínimos)

• Diplomatura/Licenciatura/Master en Ciencias de la Salud

• Habilidades de programación (SQL, python, VBA) y herramientas de análisis de datos (PowerBI)

• Nivel de Inglés medio/avanzado.

• Excelente conocimiento de Microsoft Office.

• Pensamiento crítico, buena atención al detalle y buenas habilidades organizativas.

• Sólidas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, presentación y relaciones interpersonales.

• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno estructurado siguiendo procedimientos establecidos.

Se valorará positivamente si además cuentas con:

• Experiencia en implantación y configuración de LabWare LIMS, Empower y MODA.

• Conocimientos fundamentales de los principios y conceptos de Aseguramiento de la Calidad (QA).

• Experiencia en la resolución de incidencias y soporte a las actividades de las unidades de negocio y usuarios finales.
