En estos momentos, desde Reclut, consultora boutique de selección y headhunting, buscamos para nuestro cliente un/a Técnico/a de Mantenimiento Industrial para una incorporación permanente.

La persona seleccionada se integrará en el equipo de mantenimiento del centro, encargándose de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones y maquinaria industrial, realizando tanto tareas preventivas como correctivas.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

Ejecutar el mantenimiento preventivo de las instalaciones y equipos del centro.

Realizar el mantenimiento correctivo ante averías o incidencias.

Efectuar ajustes, reglajes y revisiones de la maquinaria industrial.

Colaborar en la mejora continua de los equipos y procesos productivos.

Cumplir con las normas de seguridad y los procedimientos internos de mantenimiento.

Requisitos:

Formación Profesional de Grado Superior en Mantenimiento de Instalaciones Industriales o similar.

Conocimientos en maquinaria industrial, incluyendo sistemas hidráulicos, eléctricos, neumáticos, mecánicos y rodamientos.

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puesto similar.

Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, iniciativa y orientación a resultados.

Se ofrece:

Contrato indefinido

Ambiente laboral dinámico y retador.

Salario 26.000 a 28.000€ Brutos/año.

Sistema de Incentivo: + 200€ como máximo a partir de los 3 meses.

Plus disponibilidad de 150€ para trabajar puntualmente algún día de algún de semana si hubiera alguna avería. (de manera muy muy puntual)

Horario rotativo de mañana – tarde (06:00h a 14:00h y de 14:00h a 22:00h de lunes a viernes).
