Buscamos un perfil Técnico/a Helpdesk de Soporte a usuarios/as, para importante empresa ubicada en Barberà.. Si tienes experiencia dando soporte a usuarios/as, hablas inglés, eres una persona entusiasta de las tecnologías, y buscas una compañía seria, solvente y que valore a las personas como personas, hablemos.
Tareas: Resolver incidencias y peticiones IT de forma presencial en el puesto de trabajo y por vía remota.

Experiència 3 anys. Requisitos: · Experiencia resolviendo incidencias de nivel 1 · CFGS Informática o similar, o conocimientos equivalentes · Compromiso con el puesto de trabajo · Importante tener buen nivel de inglés · Conocimientos y experiencia en: o Active Directory, altas, bajas, permisos. o Gestión usuarios VPN o Servidores (nivel básico/intermedio) o Helpdesk o Herramientas de acceso remoto (Logmein,Teamviewer...) o OS: windows, mac o Dispositivos móviles: Android e IOS o Microsoft Office 365 o Telefonía fija vozIp o Hardware (montaje y configuración de equipos) y software o TCP/IP o Herramientas de ticketing, como JIRA, Zendesk, OTRS, Remedy, etc, etc) · Don de gentes y facilidad de trato con los/as usuarios/as. Nuestro trabajo consiste en ayu-dar a personas y por eso es clave.
