O objetivo da posição é uma atuação com autonomia nas atividades de segurança do trabalho, assegurando o cumprimento dos requisitos legais, corporativos e de clientes, e contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos de ESH.

• Conduzir inspeções e auditorias internas de segurança.
• Elaborar APRs, permissões de trabalho e relatórios de incidentes.
• Realizar e acompanhar planos de ação corretiva e preventiva.
• Implementar e executar programas de ESH.
• Conduzir treinamentos de integração e capacitação em ESH.
• Apoiar tecnicamente lideranças e áreas operacionais.
• Gerir documentação legal e indicadores de segurança.
• Realizar a manutenção do sistema de gestão de requisitos legais.
• Elaborar e atualizar procedimentos e padrões da área.
• Promover a cultura de ESH.

• Formação técnica em segurança do trabalho com registro ativo no MTE;
• Experiência profissional na área, com vivência na indústria;
• Conhecimento técnico consolidado em NRs e legislação aplicável.
• Capacidade analítica e senso crítico.
• Comunicação clara e assertiva com diferentes níveis da organização.
• Autonomia e responsabilidade na tomada de decisão.
• Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turno em escala 6x1.
