• Entwicklung und Freigabe von elektrischen und elektronischen Systemen im Bereich der Fahrzeugsicherheit 
• Erstellung von Lastenheften und Spezifikationen für die Systemlieferanten
• Fehlerabstellprozess für die zu verantwortenden Systeme bis zur Serientauglichkeit
• Planung, Organisation und Steuerung der Entwicklung von Komponenten und Systemen in intensiver Abstimmung mit den internen Fachbereichen
• Erstellung von Testkonzepten und Testspezifikationen, Prüfkoordination sowie Durchführung von Tests an Prüfständen und im Fahrzeug
• Durchführung von Fehleranalysen sowie Definition und Tracking von Abhilfemaßnahmen
• Integrationsverantwortung für Systeme und Komponenten im Bereich Body & Comfort

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH, TU) der Fachrichtungen Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik,
• Fahrzeugtechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Berufserfahrung in der Automobilindustrie im E/E Umfeld
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit den IT Systemen Dialog, Smaragd, Encore
• Kenntnisse in Requirement-Managementsystemen (z.B. IBM Doors) sowie in Mess-/Kalibrier/ Diagnosetools (Vector CANoe, DTS Monaco) von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke
• Lösungsorientierte, selbstständige und kooperative Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft sowie Zielstrebigkeit
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Zusätzliche Informationen:

Das Mindestgehalt lt. Kollektivvertrag Metallgewerbe beträgt € 3.415,01 brutto/Monat. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die klare Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
