Job Description:

• This person must have robust server Operating System, and Software Delivery Lifecycle experience, be highly motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision in a very fast pace environment.
• The selected applicant will be a member of the Retirement Technology Environment Management Team with

Responsibilities Including:

• Assist with implementation of Operating System and Application Performance Monitoring on 400 windows and Unix servers.

• Work with Technology Services resource to complete Environment management tasks.

• Communicate project status to all levels of Retirement Technology management.

• Track project issues and ensure timely resolution.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years proven experience supporting Windows and Unix server operating systems and middleware.

• Experience with Distributed Monitoring Tools.

• Project experience within fast-paced technology infrastructure projects.

• Solid communication skills; this includes the ability to effectively communicate with both functional and technical teams.

• Self-motivated; and experience working in a matrix environment.

• Meticulous attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and successful self-management.

• Experience with Problem and Change management

Very Helpful:

• Experience with AppDynamics APM tool.

• Prior Exposure to Remedy / Pac2k
