The Systems Support Administrator operates within the Systems Support team, acting as an escalation point for IT Support across our North American studios.
The team is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust technology infrastructure, including storage, networking, workstations, cloud, virtualization, and rendering. We prioritize growth through dedicated training and mentoring. What you’ll do
• Escalation support for all incidents and requests using JIRA service desk
• Support of storage requests
• Monitor and maintain a variety of physical and logical systems
• Administration of the OS images and Linux/Windows application packages
• Manage license servers and services
• Support of the Render farm (software)
• Able to work independently and in teams on administrative and technical projects
• Produce and update documentation using Confluence
• Collaborate with the Systems Operations and Systems Engineering teams on various projects
• Partake in an on-call rotation to provide support outside standard working hours.
