Personal Systems  Operations(PSO) Supply Chain requires candidates with experience in developing Custom Image Services (Windows and Linux). You will be responsible for worldwide end to end configuration services deployment. This role has daily operational deliverables. Flexibility to participate in EMEA and APJ time zone meetings is a must.

Good and effective communication skills to interface with worldwide stakeholders is a must.  The position is directly involved with the installation, configuration and qualification of images. This person participates on cross-functional teams to assist in the design and delivery of technology services. The position requires excellent problem definition and resolution skills, is a self-engaged, self-motivated personality that sees change as an opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with cross-functional partners and support individual programs as needed
• Develop ideas to implement modern image management strategies
• As an architect he should define the road map for modern image management and support implementation of the ideas
• Flexibility in working with global design and development teams in multiple time zones
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels
• Technically leads a project team of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions & architecture for assigned systems portion or subsystem.
• Represents the software systems engineering team for all phases of larger and more-complex development projects.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members
• Drive innovation initiatives across a multi-year and multi-product horizon
• Expertise on Desktop imaging (Creating and Deploying Windows 10) using WAIK/ Windows ADK with MDT 2010/MDT 2012 and higher, SCCM 2007 & SCCM 2012, Windows Deployment Services.
• Determines feasibility of solutions within the constraints of the image processing pipelines.
• Writes complete testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of development activities.
• Demonstrates technical leadership and exerts influence outside of immediate team. Develops innovative team solutions to complex problems. Contributes to strategic direction for teams

Skill requirement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Deployment Package creation, rollout and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to effectively communicate strategy and manage all aspects of programs, including frequent updates and reviews with stakeholders and working with global teams
• Experience functionality and capability of Microsoft-based end-user system management and OS image deployment automation tools and integrate into factory offerings
• 11+ years of progressive experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities
• Must have strong experience with tools like Microsoft Deployment toolkit (MDT), System Center Configuration Manger Operating Deployment (SCCM OSD)
• Advanced understanding of end user computing and device life cycle management along with SCCM, Azure AD and Intune.
• Knowledge on Microsoft Intune and Autopilot deployment tools
• Knowledge on cloud PC concepts – Windows 365 etc.
• Deep end to end understanding of image management, from acquisition to content delivery.
• Basic project management skills to coordinate development, status, and delivery of projects. Must be experienced with Office productivity software and project management tools
• Candidates with customer facing experience and working directly with end customers is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex issues simply to management.
• Knowledge on modern image deployment and management in cloud premises
• Strong PowerShell experience, and ability to understand other scripting languages
• Preferred working with factory deployment environment
• MD-101 -  certification on Modern desktop management, preferred
