Systems Engineering Engineer (Development Assurance) Company: BBST - Brazil Boeing Brazil is seeking Systems Engineering Engineer (Development Assurance) , reporting to the Systems Engineering Manager, working out of the São José dos Campos office. The Systems Engineering Engineer (Development Assurance) , you will play a critical role in ensuring that our system, software, and hardware development processes comply with stringent aviation safety and certification standards. You will plan, conduct, and report on Development Assurance reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify risks and ensure the highest quality of deliverables. Position Responsibilities: Act on Development Assurance activities across Boeing Commercial Airplanes Programs. Plan, conduct, and report on Development Assurance reviews aligned with aviation standards and program requirements. Coordinating cross-functional review sessions at airplane and systems levels. Assess compliance of development artifacts (safety, design, plans, validation, verification, configuration management, and certification). Verify traceability throughout the entire product development stages. Prepare detailed review reports and present findings to leadership and certification authorities. Contribute to relationship building across customers, stakeholders, peers, and mentees. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Must have existing rights to work in Brazil. Must have a degree in Engineering. Must be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA). Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language. Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience): Familiarity with DO-178, DO-254, and DO-297. Experience applying Process Assurance audits (Development / Design Assurance). ​ Experience developing airplane systems. Experience applying Systems Engineering principles. Flexible collaboration skills and experience with Agile methodologies. Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
