About the Role

Systems Engineer role is an opportunity for a technical individual with an interest in a fast-paced technical global IT landscape, including corporate, production, infrastructures. This role supports the global IT corporate and production teams.

시스템 엔지니어는 기업 및 제작 환경을 포함한 글로벌 IT 인프라를 지원하는 기술 직무입니다. 빠르게 변화하는 글로벌 IT 환경에서 기술적 역량을 발휘하고자 하는 분에게 적합한 기회입니다. 본 직무는 Pixelogic의 글로벌 IT 기업 및 제작팀을 지원하며, 다양한 기술적 과제를 해결하는 데 핵심적인 역할을 수행합니다.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot global helpdesk tickets seeing them to resolution or escalation when necessary

• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources

• Multi facility support

• Out of hours/on-call/shift work required

• Check workability and flag to PMs what files are late with no warning (which become urgent at that moment)

• 글로벌 헬프데스크 티켓 모니터링 및 문제 해결, 필요 시 적절한 에스컬레이션 수행

• 기술 하드웨어, 소프트웨어 및 자원의 정확한 재고 관리

• 다수의 시설에 대한 기술 지원 제공

• 야간 근무, 온콜, 교대 근무 등 유연한 근무 형태 요구

• 파일의 작업 가능 여부 확인 및 프로젝트 매니저에게 지연 파일 경고 (긴급 상황 발생 시)

Requirements:
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment, both taking direction from and supporting other colleagues

• Windows, Linux, MacOS experience desired

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
