Systems Engineering services to develop and implement a unified instrumentation strategy for Developmental and Operational Test events supported by the Operational Evaluation Command (OEC). The primary objective is to integrate Developmental Testing (DT) and Operational Testing (OT) into a single, cohesive framework that builds a cumulative understanding of data collection, reduction, and analysis (DCRA) systems and accelerates the understanding of DCRA capabilities within the ATEC Test Integration Center (ATIC) for future test support.

This position is onsite at Fort Cavazos.
