We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Engineer specializing in IT Load Balancing to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our load balancing infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our IT systems.

• Design, implement, and manage load balancing solutions to distribute network traffic efficiently
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability
• Troubleshoot complex network and server issues related to load balancing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
• Develop and maintain documentation for load balancing configurations and processes
• Conduct regular system audits and recommend improvements to enhance performance and security
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in load balancing and IT infrastructure
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of load balancing technologies and network protocols
• Proficiency in configuring and managing load balancers (e.g., F5, Citrix NetScaler, HAProxy)
• Experience with server management and troubleshooting in Windows and Linux environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their load balancing solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., F5 Certified, Citrix Certified) are a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
