Systems Engineer - Dayshift

We are seeking a Systems & Automation Support Engineer to maintain internal systems, provide user support, and improve operational efficiency. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing user access, and designing workflow automations using AI and system integrations. You will help streamline processes, ensure system reliability, and support continuous improvement across business operations.

• Manage and improve internal business systems to ensure reliability, usability, and process efficiency.
• Provide first-line and second-line support for internal users across devices, software, systems access, and day-to-day technical issues.
• Review existing operational processes and recommend opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and process redesign.
• Design, build, test, and maintain workflow automations across core business platforms.
• Build automations connecting internal systems, databases, forms, CRMs, communication platforms, and reporting tools.
• Support integrations between business systems including CRM, communication, HR, finance, project management, and collaboration tools.
• Maintain IT asset records, support logs, system documentation, process maps, training guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Other position-level duties as they arise.

Requirements:
• 4-6+ years’ experience across systems administration, business systems support, automation, digital transformation, or IT support roles.

• Strong experience supporting cloud-based business systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Xero, NetSuite, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, or similar tools.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, logic-based workflows, and cross-platform integrations.
• Strong understanding of process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement principles.
• Familiarity with CRM, HRIS, finance, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Basic SQL, reporting, or data handling capability is advantageous.
