Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Help configure, deploy, and monitor various Azure resources, such as virtual machines, storage accounts, networking setups, and databases.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for applications and services running on Azure.

• Perform Azure Entra troubleshooting to resolve identity and access management issues and support secure authentication processes.

• Perform User and Group Administration on Azure Entra & Active Directory.

• Contribute to the implementation of best practices for security, including managing identities, backups, and disaster recovery strategies in Azure.

• Contribute and work on terraform code and Github Workflows to manage Azure resources.

• Stay current with new Azure features, services, and certifications relevant to the position.

• Keep clear documentation of procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting approaches to aid ongoing operations and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts, ideally with hands-on experience using Microsoft Azure.

• Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Familiarity using PowerShell or Azure CLI for scripting and automation.

• Understanding of networking basics, such as IP, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.

• Understanding Active Directory fundamentals.

• Knowledge on Terraform, BICEP and ARM templates.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Willingness to learn and pursue relevant certifications.
