Description

Captivation Software is looking for a mid level systems engineer with experience in System Administration Automation, management and security compliance. Candidate must focus on maintaining system integrity, performance, and security for critical client/server environments, demanding strong problem-solving and communication skills. Candidate must be prepared to work with a small, mission focused team that frequently interacts with users and the customer.

Requirements

Security Clearance:

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university

• Six (6) years of systems engineering experience

Required Skills:

• Strong System Engineering and System Administration

• Strong knowledge of Security Compliance

• Strong knowledge of networking devices. (Cisco, Juniper, Arista)

• System Administration skills for Windows/Linux

• Familiarity with Kubernetes/containerization

• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Centrify, Group Policy, Network Services.

• Strong knowledge of security protocols and patching.

• Communication and escalation of issues to management.

Benefits

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
