Description

Captivation Software is looking for a mid level systems engineer who has strong software development requirements management and project management skills to fill a Capabilities Development Lead (CDL) role. Software development and systems engineering full life cycle experience strongly desired. This candidate will be working with customer leadership, capability thread leads, and DAC TTO leadership on analytic status, health, and development; will be working with multiple customer and contractors on capabilities concepts to capabilities requirements; good planning and estimation skills for software development of analytics using multiple platforms including GhostMachine and QTA; will include data analysis, metrics, document creation, and briefings. Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with multiple groups and coordinate efforts.

Requirements

Security Clearance:

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

• Fourteen (14) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required

• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Benefits

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
