Job Description
• Helping with the design, implementation and monitoring of newer sever systems, applications and hardware.
• Conducting research on server issues and products.
• Performing capacity planning when required.
• Providing Help Desk support.
• A diploma or certificate in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience supporting and implementing Citrix XenApp in an enterprise environment.
• The ability to prepare technical documentation and provide examples.
• Experience with Xendesktop, AutoCAD and Citrix XenApp 6.2 CCA is considered an asset.
