Comprehensive Microsoft 365 tenant design; 

• Administration of Microsoft 365, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, and Exchange Online; administration of Microsoft 365 mobile applications; 
• Monitoring Microsoft 365 service health, managing service requests, and overseeing change management within the Microsoft 365 infrastructure; 
• Administration of Microsoft 365 SharePoint sites; 
• Management and administration of Microsoft 365 licensing.

 

Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager Administration and Architecture; 

 

• Manage and maintain Windows, android, iOS, and Mac devices using Microsoft Intune. 
• Intune policy creation and troubleshooting; 
• Autopilot implementation and troubleshooting; 
• Compliance and configuration policy implementation and troubleshooting; 
• Application creation via Intune and troubleshooting; 
• Windows updates implementation and troubleshooting for Intune; 

Manage and optimize Defender for Endpoint, implement endpoint protection and device encryption with BitLocker, and enforce Microsoft Security Baselines on endpoints. Collaborate with Security teams to monitor Security scores, utilize Defender for 365 and Identity, Sentinel, Conditional Access, and integrate other emerging MS Cloud security features.

 

Azure Administration: Provisioning and configuring resources such as virtual machines, storage accounts, databases, and network components. It includes monitoring the health of the Azure environment, identifying performance issues, ensuring smooth operations, implementing security measures to safeguard applications, data, and access within the cloud infrastructure, and managing resource usage to develop cost-saving strategies.

Responsibilities also encompass maintaining virtual machines with backups, patches, updates, and performance monitoring; upkeeping critical infrastructure services like Domain Controllers, DNS, file servers, and backups; managing firewalls, switches, and access points; and providing support for the LAN and WAN networks across all offices.
