SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Based in the Aimsun office in Barcelona. Aimsun is an international leader in digital mobility solutions for transportation authorities, highway agencies, public transit operators and consultancies. Aimsun’s simulation and predictive data analytics help customers to understand transportation network performance, to predict its future evolution, and to support decision making. Whether the scope of the project is setting up cloud-based regional planning frameworks, supporting real-time traffic management, or simulating the impact of driverless cars, Aimsun is always working at the frontier of new technology to optimize smart, sustainable mobility. Aimsun is looking for a Systems Administrator to work under the guidance of the CFO, tasked with maintaining and enhancing Aimsun’s IT infrastructure while providing dedicated support to internal users.
Responsibilities: · Ensure the proper functioning of managed systems and services · Manage and secure Aimsun infrastructure, both on premises and in the cloud · Implement and promote good IT practices · Employee support · Manage perimeter security and identity security · Deal and coordinate with suppliers and contractors · Ensure compliance with local environmental and occupational health and safety (SST) regulations and guidelines · Comply with and enforce established information security policies and standards and act in accordance with received instructions and procedures · Provide suggestions and participate in the continuous improvement of the activities carried out · Conduct security audits and participate in penetration testing · Manage SSL/TLS certificates · Respond to security incidents and assessments · Adopt and maintain policies, processes, guidelines, procedures, instructions relevant to the work and workplace · Ensure the confidentiality of information, especially that which affects the protection of personal data · Ensure the company is ISO-270001 compliant

DIPLOMATURA O ENGINYERIA TÈCNICA
anglès (parlat Superior, escrit Superior)
Competències / coneixements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field • Strong knowledge of on-premises and cloud computing, networking and cyber security • At least 3-5 years IT experience • Microsoft 365 administration skills • Windows, Linux and macOS experience • Basic coding skills • Expertise in ISO 27001 • Fluency in professional written and spoken English and Spanish • Ability to work autonomously, proactively and thoroughly • Strong analytical / problem solving skills • Service orientation, flexibility, dynamic attitude
