About The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Systems Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and security of multi-cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience across production and development systems.
What You Will Do:
Maintain and support office network infrastructure including Cisco switches and Fortinet
firewall
Administer and monitor Synology NAS storage and shared resources
Manage domain services and identity infrastructure
Support and maintain office telephony systems
Perform onboarding and offboarding for employees (accounts, access, devices)
Deploy and configure new workstations for employees
Provide technical support for office staff and troubleshoot system issues
Manage accounts and permissions in Google Workspace
Support collaboration tools such as Slack, YouTrack, and Monday
Manage endpoint security systems such as ESET
Maintain inventory and lifecycle tracking of all office IT equipment
Procure and order hardware and IT equipment when needed
Administer Windows and Windows Server environments
Support Linux systems used internally
Monitor system health, logs, services, and storage
Maintain system updates, patches, and security configurations
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across networking, systems, and user environments
Who We Are Looking For:
Strong experience supporting office IT infrastructure
Experience with networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN)
Hands-on experience with Cisco switching equipment
Experience managing Fortinet firewalls or similar security appliances
Experience with NAS storage systems (preferably Synology)
Administration experience with Windows, Windows Server, and Linux
Experience managing user accounts and permissions
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
Experience supporting employees in an office environment
Basic scripting knowledge such as Bash, Shell, or Python
Experience with Docker or containerized services
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Experience automating repetitive IT tasks
Nice To Have:
