Link Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator (Intermediate-Level) to join our team in Clarksburg, WV.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen 
• Active Secret Clearance required
• Non-remote (relocation incentive available)
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for providing IT support services, troubleshooting both hardware and software within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and in compliance with DoD policies in Clarksburg, WV.  
Our Systems Administrator will apply advanced security technologies and best practices to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets. Leveraging current cybersecurity disciplines, they play a critical role in protecting sensitive data and systems from evolving threats, ensuring compliance with security standards, and maintaining the resilience of mission-essential operations.
Job Responsibilities: 
• Manage Windows Server environments and support Active Directory, Group Policy, and MECM operations.
• Install and configure operating systems and software updates following Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
• Perform system patching, PowerShell scripting, and release management activities.
• Provide IT services support and troubleshooting for hardware and software across different network environments.
• Schedule and maintain system backups, ensuring data/media recoverability and integrity.
• Collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity teams to support remediation, patching, and vulnerability scanning efforts.

• U.S. citizen with an active secret clearance.
• Four (4+) years of relevant experience working in an IT or Cybersecurity role for Intermediate.
• IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoDM 8140.03 (CompTIA Security+ CE, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).
• Experience in Information Assurance enforcement, auditing, vulnerability assessment analysis, threat identification and remediation, IA policy recommendations, physical security, and patch management strategies. 
• Extensive working knowledge in RMF certification and accreditation requirements (DoDI 8510.1, 8500.01, AR 25-2, NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253), IAVM compliance (ACAS), STIG enforcement and auditing, and other IA tools (eMASS, Tanium, AESS, etc.).
Preferred:
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree.
• Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures. 
• Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. 
• Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures. 
• A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.
• Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
