We are currently seeking a hardworking Customer Support Specialist for our Herndon VA location. This individual will aid customers with program installation, connection issues and application troubleshooting. You would be part of an overall support team that will be providing critical customer support. The ideal candidate must be able to handle complex tickets and can communicate effectively with the various stakeholders to include the technical teams, customer and end users.

What you will do

• Answer phones and work with customers on application issues

• Provide phone based and computer-based instruction to users

• Look through help documentation in order to find previous issues and resolutions

• Update issue tracking system

• Work with developer on potential troubleshooting methods as new issues arise

• Core support hours of 6:00am to 6:00pm across the team

Nice to haves:

• Ability to troubleshoot more technical issues to include installation, application access and usage issues

Security Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI w. Poly Clearance

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

Salary Range
$110,000—$185,000 USD
