Responsibilities/Scope: Build, assemble and configure both Client and Server Hardware to support the Closed-Circuit TV(CCTV) environment. Perform Nextiva application software upgrades with the ability to upgrade older environments with the latest Nextiva software as well as perform new software installations. Build and configure Windows servers utilizing the HP iLO environment. Troubleshoot CCTV (Nextiva) application, Windows server, and client software and hardware issues. Implement Active Directory integration for the Nextiva application.
Soft skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a small team. Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver best-in-breed support to all projects and users. Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation in pro-actively scheduling tasks and projects. Knowledge of agile project delivery methods preferable.
Requirements:
- Nextiva 6.4 Certified
- 5 yrs. configuring Client/Server Hardware
- recent experience with Nextiva upgrades
- knowledge of and experience with Windows servers using the HPiLO environment
- experience with MS Office Suite (including Skype)
Flexible working hours are required; generally 8-5 PDT, however some work may require shifting hours to accommodate work with International Sites (Europe and Asia).
