Einleitung:
Derzeit begleite ich für mein Kundenunternehmen die Suche nach einem Systemadministrator (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Serveradministration. Mein Kunde ist ein wachstumsorientiertes, inhabergeführtes Unternehmen mit Standort in Kiel, das auf lange Unternehmenshistorie zurückblickt. Zudem verfügt diese Firma über eine sehr gut aufgestellte IT mit über 150 Mitarbeitenden alleine in diesem Bereich und zahlreichen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Deine Aufgaben:
Du verantwortest den reibungslosen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der Serverinfrastruktur mit Fokus auf:
• Verwaltung, Überwachung und Wartung von Windows- und Linux-Servern
• Installation, Konfiguration sowie Updates und Patches von Serverdiensten
• Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit und IT-Sicherheit
• Durchführung von Backups und Datenwiederherstellungen
• Fehlerdiagnose, Performance-Optimierung und Dokumentation
• Zusammenarbeit mit DevOps- und Cloud-Teams sowie Beteiligung an IT-Projekten

Dein Profil:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Serveradministration mit Schwerpunkt Windows und Linux
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Virtualisierungs-Technologien wie VMware und Hyper-V
• Erfahrung in Netzwerkadministration und IT-Sicherheitsaspekten
• Analytische Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. auf C1 Niveau)
