Deine Aufgaben:
• Verantwortung für die Installation, Administration und Optimierung der Server- und Clientlandschaft
• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Windows Server 2019 Umgebung sowie Microsoft Azure
• Verwaltung von Active Directory und Nutzerberechtigungen für einen sicheren und effizienten Zugriff
• Unterstützung der Anwender bei IT-Fragen und technischen Herausforderungen
• Administration und Pflege von Baramundi, DocuWare und SharePoint für reibungslose Geschäftsprozesse
• Virtualisierung mit VMware sowie zuverlässige Datensicherung mit Veeam
• Integration neuer Systeme in die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur und kontinuierliche Optimierung der IT-Landschaft

Dein Profil:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker oder Wirtschaftsinformatiker
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration von IT-Systemen
• Tiefgehendes Know-how in aktuellen Microsoft-Betriebssystemen
• Erfahrung im Clientmanagement und fundierte Kenntnisse in Office 365
• Hohe Serviceorientierung, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Durchsetzungsstärke und konzeptionelles Denken für nachhaltige IT-Optimierungen
