You don’t just want to keep systems running - you want to actively improve and evolve them? Then join our Corporate IT team in Hamburg and take ownership of our internal IT infrastructure. From maintaining our systems and driving exciting IT projects to continuously developing our networks and cloud environments: together with colleagues across Germany and the U.S., you will support our business teams in their day-to-day work. 

Minimum Qualifications  

• Professional experience: Several years of experience installing and operating (partly virtualized) server infrastructures, as well as hardware and software, and experience in working with the operating systems Windows, macOS, and Linux.

• Service mindset: You see yourself as the go-to person for anything IT-related - from a broken mouse to a smoking server.

• Working style: You work independently, in a structured and results-driven manner, and you have a strong awareness of compliance and IT security.

• Language skills: You have strong written and spoken German and English skills and feel confident working in an international environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Service administration: Entra ID / Microsoft 365, device management, databases, VMware, Jira, Confluence

• Infrastructure know-how: Knowledge in the areas of networking, firewall, storage, and backup.

• Communication: You communicate clearly and solution-oriented by collaborating closely with different teams and colleagues.

What you can expect

• System maintenance and support: You take responsibility for daily operations, maintenance, and the continuous optimization of our internal IT infrastructure.

• Infrastructure development: You continuously develop our infrastructure across networking, firewall, storage, and backup.

• Entra ID / Microsoft 365 administration: You reliably manage our Entra ID and Microsoft 365 environments and ensure smooth operations.

• User support: You support our colleagues in using standard software as well as in-house developed applications.
