System Support Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a System Support Analyst with experience providing 1st line technical support (onsite and remote), CRM management, Ticketing Systems (Monday/Zendesk/Salesforce), and preferably Hubspot. This individual will be the first point of contact for Colombia staff issues, and will take ownership of hardware inventory and system user administration. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in CRM workflows and user management, 3CX phone system, and IA tools to further enhance communication and collaboration across teams. The candidate will be required to attend our office/storage room in person from time to time, and participate in adhoc duties/projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1st Line Tech support for VGM staff during work hours.

Manage staff databases and keep records up to date.

Take ownership of logistics with our storage provider and keep inventory up to date.

Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and accessibility.

Explore troubleshooting trends/patterns and create training for staff to make their day-to-day easier.

Regularly audit and maintain staff laptops/systems up to date.

Work with teams on 3CX / HubSpot integrations (and other systems) to streamline tasks and avoid duplicate work.

Regularly report on software licences for Colombia team and keep a clean record of accesses.

Manage staff onboarding and offboarding processes and tracking of accesses/logins

REPORTS TO:

Locally to the VGM IT Team

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Language Proficiency: Exceptional fluency (speaking and writing) in Spanish and English is required.

Technical degree in IT, Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience providing technical support, escalations, and system administration.

Expertise in configuring and managing laptops and software installation and maintenance.

Familiarity with APIs and integrations between systems.

Proven ability to train and onboard teams for effective platform usage.

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

ITIL 4 and Hubspot certification is a bonus.

LOCATION:
Bogotá, Colombia.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

Between 4 and 5 million Colombian pesos, depending on experience.
