System Programmer (m/f/d)
Ihre Rolle
Als System Programmer (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Weiterentwicklung und den technischen Betrieb unserer zentralen Business-Applikationen – von ERP über Dokumenten- und Qualitätsmanagement bis hin zu Produktionsplanungssoftware (APS) und Fertigungssteuerung (MES). Der Fokus Ihrer Tätigkeit liegt auf Softwareentwicklung und Systemintegration mit C#/.NET, PHP und MSSQL.
Ihr Tech-Stack (Must-have)
C# / .NET – sehr gute Kenntnisse
PHP – sehr gute Kenntnisse
MSSQL – fundierte Erfahrung (Abfragen, Stored Procedures, Performance-Tuning, Datenmodellierung)
Webentwicklung: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Ihre Aufgaben (Auszug)
Weiterentwicklung, Anpassung und Optimierung der eingesetzten Business-Applikationen
Entwicklung und Support von webbasierten Reports, Anwendungen und Tools (Intranet/Internet)
Implementierung und Pflege von Schnittstellen zwischen den Systemen (on-premise und Cloud)
Installation, Updates und Upgrades der Anwendungen
Analyse und Optimierung von Performance und Stabilität
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und Key Usern zur Aufnahme und Umsetzung von Anforderungen
Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentation sowie Anwenderdokumentation
Ihr Profil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Gute Kenntnisse in Windows, Windows Server, Linux und Docker
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in Anwendungsentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder Studium (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung)
2–3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Anwendungsentwicklung bzw. Systemprogrammierung
Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

System Programmer (m/f/d)
Your Role
As a System Programmer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and technically operating our core business applications—from ERP to document and quality management to production planning software (APS) and manufacturing execution (MES). Your main focus will be on software development and system integration using C#/.NET, PHP, and MSSQL.
Your Tech Stack (Must-have)
C# / .NET – excellent knowledge
PHP – excellent knowledge
MSSQL – solid experience (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, data modeling)
Web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Your Tasks (Selection)
Developing, adapting, and optimizing the business applications in use
Developing and supporting web-based reports, applications, and tools (intranet/internet)
Implementing and maintaining interfaces between systems (on-premise and cloud)
Installing, updating, and upgrading applications
Analyzing and improving performance and stability
Working closely with departments and key users to gather and implement requirements
Creating and maintaining technical and user documentation
Your Profile
Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, Linux, and Docker
Completed training as an IT specialist in application development, a comparable qualification, or a university degree (e.g. computer science, business informatics, or a similar discipline)
2–3 years of relevant professional experience in application development or system programming
Independent, structured, and responsible working style
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
