We are looking for a System Integration Manager to lead a team responsible for the end-to-end integration of complex cellular features, with a focus on platform resources, kernel stability, device drivers, network interfaces, and more.

What you'll do::
• Lead and mentor the team, including performance management, coaching, and professional development.
• Define and enforce team standards, procedures, and best practices for system integration, development, and testing.
• Lead the definition, setup, and maintenance of complex internal & external integrations.
• Actively impact the product definition, technical architecture and future roadmap
• Ensure all system integration efforts directly result in the integrity, functionality, and commercial readiness of the final product.
• Manage the investigation and resolution of cellular platform defects identified in lab verification and customer deployments.

What you should have::
• 3+ years of managerial experience.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and technically guide a team of integration engineers in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in RF and wireless communication standards.
• Specific experience with cellular protocols is an advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full product development lifecycle: from requirements stage through development and up to market release.
• Proficiency in Agile principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership & communication skills.
• Familiarity with Python or equivalent scripting languages for test automation - an advantage.

Education::
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
