Role:

• Consulting in the area of WebSphere infrastructure on zOS/Mainframe

Description of Activities:

• Support and administration of IBM WebSphere, including WebSphere Application Server Liberty on z/OS
• Technical planning for deploying new application releases on WAS according to ITIL within the project
• Support and technical consulting for applications in troubleshooting or implementing adjustments and extensions
• Administration of applications across various WebSphere profiles on z/OS
• Enhancement and creation of scripts to support operations within the project

Operating Systems:

• Windows, Unix (basic knowledge of command line and GUI)
• IBM WebSphere Application Server (Classic, Liberty), Apache, Tomcat
• Version Control Systems (CVS, Subversion)
• Development Environments (IBM Rational Software Development Platform, Eclipse, NetBeans)

Certifications:

• IBM / IBM Certified System Administrator – WebSphere Application Server
• ITIL / ITIL V4 Foundation

Databases:

• Oracle DB, IBM DB2, MySQL

Programming Languages:

• Java, J2SE (JSP, JSPF, JSTL)
• PHP, Smarty
• SQL
• HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
• Perl
