Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled System Engineer with strong experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) integrations. The primary responsibility of this role is to design, build, and support RCM-related system integrations such as Eligibility, Prior Authorization, Claims, Billing, Payments, and AR workflows.

In addition to RCM, the candidate must be capable of handling integrations across any domain or system, including third-party platforms, partner systems, and internal applications. This role requires excellent Python development skills, hands-on experience with Docker, and the ability to deploy and manage services across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain RCM system integrations, including:

1. Eligibility & Benefits Verification (EBV)

2. Prior Authorization

3. Claims Submission & Adjudication

4. Billing, Payments, AR, and Denials

● Build and manage system-to-system integrations beyond RCM when required.

● Develop and maintain backend integration services using Python.

● Design and consume RESTful APIs, webhooks, and batch-based integration interfaces.

● Integrate internal systems with external platforms, clearinghouses, payer systems, and partner applications.

● Design and optimize SQL database schemas and queries for integration workloads.

● Implement secure data exchange, authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms.

● Containerize services using Docker and manage container-based deployments.

● Deploy, configure, and manage applications across AWS / Azure environments.

● Support microservices-based and event-driven architectures.

● Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows and system performance.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into scalable system solutions.

● Maintain technical documentation and follow engineering best practices.

Key Requirements

● BE / BTech / MCA or any equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● Strong hands-on Python coding experience (mandatory).

● Experience in RCM system integrations (Eligibility, PA, Claims, Billing, AR).

● Ability to design and implement integrations across different domains and platforms.

● Understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, and data exchange mechanisms.

● Solid expertise in SQL databases (MySQL / MSSQL) and query optimization.

● Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications.

● Experience deploying and managing systems on AWS / Azure.

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release processes.

● Experience using Git and issue tracking tools like JIRA.

● Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
