Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung, Implementierung und Betrieb von IT-Infrastrukturen im industriellen Produktionsumfeld
• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Systemlandschaften im Bereich Manufacturing / Produktions-IT
• Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs von OT-Systemen (Operational Technology) in enger Abstimmung mit Produktion, Automation und IT
• Administration und Support von Windows Server- und Client-Umgebungen
• Verwaltung von Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien, Netzwerken und Schnittstellen zu produktionsnahen Systemen
• Unterstützung bei Systemmigrationen, Updates, Lifecycle Management und Security-Massnahmen
• Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 2nd und 3rd Level Support
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Dienstleistern
• Dokumentation von Systemarchitekturen, Prozessen und technischen Änderungen
• Mitarbeit bei IT- und OT-Projekten im regulierten industriellen Umfeld

Requirements:
Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Systemtechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als System Engineer, idealerweise in einem Manufacturing- oder Produktionsumfeld
• Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Operational Technology (OT) sowie Schnittstellen zwischen IT und Produktion
• Sehr gute Erfahrung mit Windows Server, Windows Clients, Active Directory, Virtualisierung und Netzwerktechnologien
• Erfahrung mit Backup-, Monitoring- und Security-Lösungen
• Verständnis für industrielle Prozesse und produktionskritische Infrastrukturen
• Führerschein Kategorie B
• Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Bereitschaft für Einsätze vor Ort

• Erfahrung in regulierten Umgebungen wie Pharma, Chemie oder MedTech
• Kenntnisse in Netzwerksegmentierung, Firewalls und OT Security
