Job Description

Your tasks:
• Ensure a smooth and transparent software release process across all ECUs
• Gather and consolidate all relevant inputs (e.g., feature lists)
• Plan software content and release packages per ECU, including function lists and required artifacts (ReqIF, .dbc, .arxml, SOMEIP sheets)
• Document all content in JIRA and create a complete release planning overview (freeze dates, delivery dates, content)
• Coordinate release package freezes and monitor timely availability of all packages
• Check package completeness, including configurations and updated COM files
• Track delays with DREs and document/report deviations in content or timing
• Collect and review software delivery packages (“reality check”), including supplier release notes
• Document deviations and align completed and open work items with DREs
• Support the Software Release Manager by ensuring Labcar and testbench configurations and coordinating compatibility discussions

Your profile:
• Completed technical degree or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in software development, system engineering, or release/configuration management
• Knowledge of development artifacts such as ReqIF, .dbc, .arxml; ideally SOMEIP experience
• Confident handling of JIRA or similar tools
• Structured, independent, and deadline-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (e.g., DREs, suppliers, system owners)
• Very good German and English language skills
