We are the "rebels" of the networks and, together with the large IT clusters Rebell and Plural, are responsible for Deutsche Telekom's network management.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
• Ability to understand complex IT processes and translate them into structured documentation
• Knowledge of tools for process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML, Flows) is a mus
Our application landscape is evolving. Legacy systems are being replaced by modern platforms. You should be ready to bridge the gap between existing processes and future solutions. Topics you will encounter:

• Collaboration: Close cooperation with technical experts and developers

• Analyze existing application logic and documentation processes
• Define requirements for migration to new systems
• Support the transformation of planning and documentation workflows
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams
• Ensure consistency and quality in transferred processes
