System Analyst with Digital Assets Tokenized

As a System Analyst with expertise in Digital Assets and Tokenization, you will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing systems related to digital asset management, blockchain integration, and tokenization processes. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Tokenized Deposits Platform Analysis & Solution Design
•  Lead end to end functional analysis for Bank tokenized deposit platform including:
o  Token issuance, minting, and burning
o  Transfer logic, atomic settlement, and conditional settlement rules
o  Token locking/unlocking, escrow, and programmability
o  Redemption and conversion back to traditional deposits
•  Define user journeys and system workflows for customers, operations, and treasury when interacting with tokenised deposits.
•  Design the full token lifecycle and state machine, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and reconciliation with core banking systems.

• Analyze and document business requirements related to digital assets, tokenization, and blockchain technologies.
• Work with development teams to design and implement solutions for digital asset tokenization, trading, and custody.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks pertinent to digital assets and tokenized securities.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and security best practices in digital asset systems.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless integration of digital asset platforms with existing systems.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in the digital assets or blockchain domain.
• Strong knowledge of digital asset ecosystems, token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721), and blockchain technologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to digital assets, such as AML/KYC and securities regulations.
• Experience in system analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Basic understanding of smart contract development and blockchain integration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
