Job Title: System Analyst

Location: Richardson, TX

Duration: Contract

Job Description:

· Work with business to understand business requirements

· Translate business requirements to functional/system requirements (Experience with writing SRS documents, User stories, Technical specifications)

· Experience with Sequence or flow diagrams with MS-Visio

· Drive technical solutions

· Provide requirements support to development and testing teams

· Effective communication skills

· Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills

· Ability to work with multiple teams at the same time

· Telecom /E-Commerce experience will be a plus
