Do you want to work with logistics systems in an international environment?

At JYSK, we are looking for a System Analyst to join our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) team in the JYSK Distribution Centre in Bozhurishte.

In this role, you'll be responsible for controlling, analyzing, and providing essential system support and knowledge.

WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As a System Analyst, you will support, analyse, and improve logistics systems while ensuring that users in the Distribution Centre can work efficiently.

• Act as main SAP specialist and process specialist at the warehouse administrative processes in Distribution Centre Bozhurishte (DCB)
• Ensure optimal use of all SAP applications (SAP EWM, SAP ERP, Mobisys, nShift, WSS) according to Best practice & JYSK logistic policies (that solutions are administrative operational & efficient)
• Responsible for operational support to all users including support to truck terminal operators
• Monitor all IT systems supporting warehouse operations in DCB, identify, escalate and solve issues promptly
• Train & Educate users and operators in use of SAP and other systems – including IT working routines
• Conduct troubleshooting in SAP EWM & SAP ERP with focus on ongoing operation and future issues
• Ensure testing of existing business processes when upgrading & changing systems (test responsible) in Logistic & Customer Service
• Register SAP issues – handling contact with JYSK SAP Teams & Supplier hotline
• Create manuals (or document) when new systems & routines are implemented (for relevant procedures & flows)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

• Experience working with logistics systems, preferably SAP EWM or similar
• Understanding of warehouse operations and processes
• Analytical mindset and experience working with data and reporting tools
• Ability to investigate issues and propose solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
• Fluency in English
